Feature Film │ Logline: The Council is made up of those Powers That Be who have controlled the world for two hundred years. They allow a young man unwitting entrée into their hidden world of wealth, power and influence, where he feels his way around their viper’s nest of competing interests and murderous factions. Whether he survives or not depends on a choice that only he can make. A choice that will change their world, and ours, for better or worse.
