Trevor has 18 years experience in financial markets, including corporate banking, private  equity and public markets equity research. He is a founder and principal at Kaeros  Capital where he advises and executes debt raise transactions for middle-market  companies.  

Previously, Trevor held senior roles at the Bank of Montreal (BMO), most recently as a  Director Corporate Finance in their M&E lending group, where he structured and  syndicated senior debt transactions. Prior to that, he was a senior commercial lender for  BMO where he originated and structured over 200 mid-market debt deals for corporate  M&A and cash flow transactions.
